Font Size On Microsoft Outlook For Mac Now Appears Smaller Than Stated Font Size, What To Do10/14/2021
The full error is as follows:Its possible your PST file might exceed the size limit. The computer getting the error is not joined to our domain as they are an off-site user. Change the Zoom setting to 100 (or whatever size you prefer) and click on the OK button. When connecting to our Exchange Server 2013 Standard Version 15.0 (Build 847.32) - this is the on-premises version NOT online. In the main menu, click on the Format > Zoom menu options. Open any Outlook email message and click on the Reply button.Since we already spent the moneyOn Office 2016, is it possible to activate the same version of Office 2013 using the same license?I would rather fix the problem than downgrade but I don't think this user wants to wait and see if a fix comes out soon to get their e-mail fully functional again.I have finally had a chance to test this user's Outlook in safe mode as suggested and the emails that had the 8 MB attachments still did not leave the outbox. If I have a chance to connect remotely again I will see if safe mode does anything but most likely I will have to uninstall Office. Nothing else unusual has been reported, but unfortunately the user only has minimalComputer skills and I can only troubleshoot over the phone or by Team Viewer at this point. I've advised the user that if they need to send attachments that they should try to keep them as small as possible to avoid the error but this person's job is salesAnd if they can't send sales brochures to their contacts then that defeats the purpose.I have not done the step of re-creating the user's profile since this is a brand new notebook computer which I set up myself and the user has only had for about 2 - 3 weeks. When I deleted the unsent emails the error stopped but immediatelyAfter that the user proceeded to send new messages with attachments so the error came back. Can anyone give any insight or suggest where I should troubleshoot next on either the Exchange Server or on the user'sI do have a screen shot to post but I keep getting an error message so I have to wait for my account to be "verified" first. The user reports that the error message comes up every few minutes with Outlook open but presumably it coincides with Outlook doing a send/receive and the messages in the outbox failing to send. After that they were finally able to send and I know they were successfully delivered as I did get auto-responseMessages back from a few. So for those 11 messages they did not send successfully until I did a "Forward" and pasted in the recipients e-mail address. You do not have the permission to send the message on behalf of the specified user. Try sending the message again later, or contact your network administrator. Msg file and copy each one back in to Outlook onceInterestingly, when I tried to send out the 11 stuck messages that I saved from 2016 version and then moved to the Drafts folder in 2013 version, I got a non-delivery report back from the Exchange server:The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:This message could not be sent. Before I did the uninstall there were 11 stuck messages in the Outbox which I tried to move into anotherOutlook folder temporarily but I got this error message: "Could not complete the operation because the service provider does not support it." Instead I had to save each email as an individual.
